About the Role:
In this role, you will drive our growth and expand our reach worldwide by developing strategic user acquisition campaigns. You will play a critical role in aligning with cross-functional teams, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring ROI maximization through innovative strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
* User Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement strategic user acquisition campaigns across various mobile platforms.
* Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize user growth and retention.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics to align on goals and deliver results.
* ROI Maximization: Ensure ROI maximization by leveraging internal and external tools to effectively measure and analyze performance.
* Creative Testing: Provide creative testing to identify and implement effective strategies.
* Design Guidance: Offer design guidance to enhance ad performance and user engagement.
* Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
* Experimentation: Conduct A / B testing and other innovative techniques to continually refine our approach.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a mobile user acquisition role.
* Multitasking: Experience managing user acquisition for more than one product at a time.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
* Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other mobile ad networks.
* Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
* Web-to-App Funnels: Experience with web to app funnels is preferred, with an understanding of their impact on user acquisition strategies.
