Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the human resources operations of local employees in overseas areas and Chinese expatriate employees (including but not limited to transfers, contract management, file management, non-cash benefits, local supplier docking, etc.).
2. Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience.
3. Implementation of the group’s human resources policies and procedures overseas locally.
4. Initiate and lead overseas human resources projects and continuously improve human resources operations.
5. HR system data maintenance and digitalization support.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 3-7 years of work experience, overseas HR work experience is preferred.
3. Priority will be given to those with experience in system construction and project management related to HR operations.
4. Chinese and English can be used as a working language, holding third foreign language is preferred.
5. Be proficient in using office software and have good communication skills.
