In-Store Management Lead
Description -
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced In-Store Management Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of global guidelines and playbooks for managing all aspects of in-store execution, including optimizing deployment of Extended Salesforce (ESF) and other store labor. This role requires a strong understanding of vendor management, operational SLAs, and performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop global guidelines and playbooks for the following capabilities, for markets and country teams to rollout in their respective geographies:
* Sellout management: Develop methods to analyze and track store- and SKU-level sellout trends, and establish sellout quotas for in-store teams such as ESF.
* Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to ensure they meet the required capabilities, including coverage mapping, territory design, routing efficiency, call reports, store-specific surveys, and reporting dashboards.
* Operational SLAs: Monitor and ensure compliance with operational SLAs such as ESF rep fill rate, time to fill, store visits per rep, call report compliance, and merchandising project completion.
* Performance KPIs: Track and report on performance KPIs including sellout target achievement, retail sales associate knowledge, recommendation rate, detraction level, share of shelf, and POP/display compliance.
* Training and Development: Oversee the training of ESF reps and retail sales associates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
* Reporting and Analytics: Utilize automated dashboards and BI tools to consolidate and report information captured by ESFs, providing insights into operational and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in retail operations including merchandising / displays, associate training, and sellout management.
* Proven experience in vendor management and program management, particularly in the ESF / contracted store labor field
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in BI tools and dashboard reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to lead by influence.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience in consumer electronics preferred.
* Familiarity with geographic clustering and territory design preferred.
