Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.Within Schneider Digital, this role is an IT Project Manager (Deployment Leader) for our Oracle CPQ Cloud platform. This role is responsible for leading projects using agile principles to accelerate the deployment of our Quotation platform (Oracle CPQ Cloud) with the objective to bring, a superior experience to our customers and Partners but also to bring a competitive advantage to our Front & Middle office with the right tools.Deploying an effective Quotation Platform is a top priority of the operations in the SE Group as Quotation is key for our commercial performance and one of the top point to increase satisfaction of our customers and partner. This initiative and this role are expose to top Executives in the group.Within the Quotation CPQ Platform Team, in relationships with the Quotation Transformation Leader and the Schneider Front office you are managing the process of moving the project toward completion.Your project is part of the large-scale Front Office growth and business transformation. Your mission is to be the Global CPQ platform representative during the countries CPQ deployment projects.What will you do? • Ease and support the country deployments by promoting the use of our internal methodology (timeline, gate review, resources)• Make sure everyone on the team understands the project’s goals and scope.• Animate the workshop with the country, explain the features in the reference model andidentify the points where a deep dive is needed with the solution team• Provide functional explanations on the master data & connectors• Ensure open points are tracked and solved, otherwise manage the appropriateescalation• Provide demo of the CPQ solution and support the country in familiarizing with theapplication• Drive, support the UAT sessions on CPQ side and be able to go into the details of theissue• Provide guidance to the country all along the digitalization journeyInternal• Actively contribute to the execution of continuous improvement initiatives which help to driveadoption• Act as owner of the toolkit methodology and play an active role in its enhancement.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Experience as project manager in complex environment- University or Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science- Experience in testing / software project management.- Knowledge of agile methodologies / frameworks – Scrum, Kanban.- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management solution including Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines) or equivalent.- Knowledge in SAP SD and MM Module- Knowledge of Jira & Confluence.Skills - Highly organized with the ability to multitask.- Have an IT mindset & logic: be able to understand functional issue cross platform- Ability to prioritize & escalate- Relationship building skills internally and externally.- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.- Good track record of obtaining results with minimal direction in a fast-paced teamenvironment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Good interpersonal team skills for teamwork, respect, courtesy, tact, and discretion.- Analytical mindset & problem-solving aptitude.- Fluent English.What will you get?
