Job Title: Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal assistance to senior management, including organization and monitoring of agendas, coordination and monitoring of trips, expense settlements, split payroll, telephone assistance and reception of visitors.
* Review SAP inboxes of senior management, follow-up on approvals, and provide SAP assistance with invoices, creation and reception of generic Purchase Orders / Financial Accounting.
* Support other tasks such as planning, conducting and follow-up of meetings, organization of team meetings & events, requests to hotels for rooms / meals / internal and external accommodation / gift voucher redemptions.
Requirements:
* University degree in Business Administration, Tourism or Secretarial Studies.
* Proficiency in Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams, Microsoft Share Point.
* Languages: Native English and Spanish, with other languages an advantage.
* Knowledge of SAP and the hospitality industry are pluses.
