* First-Level-Support for Information and Communication technology
* Process IT-related User inquiries (User profile, Workstation-Profile, Printers...)
* Follow IT-Process and Workflows
* Incident management
* Support Disaster-Recovery-Processes
* Support Local Applications
* Managing SharePoint Services
* Participation in Projects regarding IT-Domains: Infrastructure, Software, Process, Workflows
* Participation in selected Pilot projects
* Maintenance of the local IT inventory
* Controlling of invoices of internal and external service providers
* Initiating and completing efficiency- and cost-saving measures
Your profile
* You completed secondary education or university degree in Information and Technology
* Have already IT work experience
* As Local TF-Support you need to be service-oriented and an analytical team player with basic knowledge in IT-Security
* Being able to learn fast new Software for managing the IT environment
* Great team player and willing to work in an international environment
* Knowledge in service management processes (ITIL)
* Knowledge in programming languages (SQL, Java, Python)
* Fluent in Spanish and English, German is a plus
