Responsibilities:Technical Support & Maintenance:
* Provide 24x7 on-call support for IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient issue resolution.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to PCs, servers, and networks.
* Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including Zebra, RF guns, and EPI dressing systems in warehouse/manufacturing environments.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and perform hardware upgrades for desktops, laptops, and servers.
Networking & Server Management:
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
* Manage server systems, including installations, updates, backups, and security.
* Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across sites.
Ticket Management & Documentation:
* Handle incident and service requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
* Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs, documenting resolutions and lessons learned.
* Generate reports on ticket trends to identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
User Support & Training:
* Provide end-user support for applications, hardware, and peripherals, ensuring a seamless user experience.
* Educate users on IT best practices and troubleshooting basic issues independently.
