Are you the one?
As an Export Coordinator, you will assist in the coordination of the export and cross trade logistics operations from EU to non-EU or from non-EU to non-EU countries, managing the flow of goods, services and information, and taking care of the communication with external partners and internal teams such as group`s subsidiaries, commercial, purchase and quality departments to ensure that products loaded and delivered on time and in good condition.
Your role highlights - your responsibilites
* You will communicate with international markets and purchase departments to request information prior any new or regular campaign such as volumes, incoterms, transport modules, ports, airports of departures and arrivals or loading and discharging points, customs border and selling regimes, etc.
* You will check destination requirements depending on the country of origin and product. You will also communicate with the clients to prepare logistics instructions and sending them to the suppliers.
* You will plan departures by creating shipments in the system and keeping the status updated during transit.
* You will collect, review, or claim documents and changes to the entities, logistics partners and suppliers and attaching in the system.
* You will carry out continuous monitoring of the goods in transit and provide all relevant information to the clients, internal departments or group subsidiaries, customs agents, and warehouses.
* You will manage export and destination import customs clearance processes with logistics partners and customs agents.
* You will coordinate the departure and picking up plan and availabilities with internal areas, logistics partners, customs agents and warehouses and inform all involved departments, destination agents and clients about the changes and availability dates.
* You will support the Import operations team when it`s necessary
* You will participate in the import-export team's weekend and public holiday shifts.
Requirements
* You have higher Studies in Business or Transport/Logistics Management
* You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position in an international environment, preferably with perishable products
* You are fluent, written and verbal, in Spanish and English
* You have very good knowledge in Microsoft Office
