About the Role - The Facilities & Soft Services Manager Iberia will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facilities and site services. Reporting to the Facilities & Services Manager, they will manage resources, services, and processes to meet the company's operational needs.
Responsibilities
* Lead the management of facilities, focusing on soft services.
* Coordinate and oversee site services, tasks, and processes related to soft services for the facilities.
* Define, implement, and supervise all services, including cleaning, catering, vending, reception, pest control, and other site services across offices, technical service centers, and warehouses.
* Address and resolve technical issues related to soft services on a daily basis.
* Identify and implement improvements in facilities management.
* Manage and execute projects according to internal objectives and timelines.
* Lead soft services audits and prepare all necessary documentation for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
* Redefine and update operational procedures as needed.
Qualifications
* Education:
* Degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree in Facility Management.
* Master’s degree in Project Management.
* Experience:
* Experience working with both internal teams and external vendors, including contract management.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in building services is required.
* Experience with the security and maintenance of large facilities.
Required Skills
* Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects with competing priorities, ensuring deadlines are met for both short- and long-term projects.
* In-depth knowledge of facility services project management, from identification to execution and evaluation.
* Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to analyze data and create presentations.
* Intermediate English is required, along with fluency in the language specific to the country’s needs.
