Savills Spain, one of the most prestigious international Real Estate Consultancy Firms, hires a Digital Change Management Lead to become part of the Transformation Team based in our Madrid office.
Role Overview:
For an EME-wide digital transformation programme, we are seeking for an experienced candidate to lead the change management function within the Transformation Team. This role will focus on achieving proper buy-in for the programme from the local Management as well as cooperate closely with nominated in-country Change Champions to ensure successful implementation of the strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Define, own and execute the change management strategy within the programme, aligning with Savills’ values while reflecting the unique dynamics of specific countries.
* Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with Central Leadership, Transformation & Delivery Teams and local Management to foster a culture of collaboration and create optimum conditions for socialization of the programme objectives.
* Change enablement: Identify and mitigate risks related to change enablement, share best practices, execution plans & templates.
* Change execution: Collaborate closely with identified local country champions to help them execute the change strategy in every country in scope.
* Sustainability of change: Establish a framework, monitor the level of change absorption and execute targeted change interventions where necessary.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, psychology or a related field.
* Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or similar) are highly desirable.
* 3–7 years of experience in change management, project management or related roles.
* Proven track record of leading or contributing to successful organizational changes.
* Experience in working with senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
* Deep understanding of change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8 Steps or Lewin’s Change Model.
* Data analysis skills to interpret surveys and metrics related to change initiatives.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is a must (verbal and written).
