We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven person to lead and develop our team of Swedish and Norwegian Sales Account Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and business development, with the ability to drive team performance, foster collaboration, and optimize sales processes.

Key responsibilities:
1. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales account managers to achieve individual and team targets.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
3. Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations to enhance customer experience and sales processes.
4. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of new employees.
5. Understand and adapt to the markets to support sales growth.
6. Ensure adherence to sales processes, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
7. Foster a motivated and high-performing team culture aligned with company values.
Minimum requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Additional fluency in Swedish or Norwegian is a plus.
2. Proven experience in sales leadership or team management, preferably in B2C or a similar industry.
3. Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop and empower a sales team.
4. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive actionable insights.
5. Ability to facilitate clear communication between sales teams and other departments.
6. Experience in sales strategies, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
7. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
