Key Responsibilities:
As the German speaking Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients (primarily Google) and our internal teams. You will play a crucial role in managing client expectations, driving project success, and maintaining long lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Client Relationship Management:
* Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key client contacts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
* Act as the main liaison between the client (Google) and our internal teams, effectively managing communication and expectations.
* Understand the clients goals, challenges, and objectives to ensure tailored solutions are delivered.
* Project Management:
* Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
* Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
* Work with internal teams to create project timelines, track milestones, and ensure that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
* Strategic Consultation:
* Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients based on in depth knowledge of their industry, market trends, and the latest digital solutions.
* Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities that align with the clients needs, and work closely with internal teams to implement these opportunities.
* Regularly review account performance and provide insights to help clients optimize their strategies and meet their business objectives.
* Team Collaboration:
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams, to deliver the best possible solutions to clients.
* Act as a mentor to junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
