We are currently looking for a HR Services Business Development Manager. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing HR policies and practices. Additionally, you will manage and develop external HR services at Intracon Consulting, ensuring client satisfaction, service quality, and business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Director and Executive Director, and working closely with a team of five, you will focus on:
Internal HR Management
1. Oversee Labour and Legal Administration (with external support).
2. Supervision of Talent Attraction, Retention, and Development.
3. Track HR KPIs and drive process improvements.
4. Manage key service providers, including PRL, mutual insurance, and ERP systems.
External Client Management & Business Development
1. Oversee consultant onboarding, Statement of Work (SOW) agreements, service proposals, and fee negotiations.
2. Manage monthly financial and budget closing processes for outsourcing and human resources services provided to external clients, including margin analysis and cost control.
3. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
4. Implement retention strategies and ensure effective communication between consultants and clients.
5. Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with the clients. Participate in the development of commercial proposals, ensuring project viability and profitability.
6. Gather information to enhance the value proposition and differentiation of consulting services.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Experience in both internal HR management and external client service coordination.
3. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
4. Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
5. Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and manage multiple responsibilities.
