About the Role
The Business Developer plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential customers. The key responsibilities include managing the product/service mix, pricing, and margins to achieve agreed aims, as well as planning and executing local marketing activities to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the existing and potential customer base using CRM strategies
* Map the current and potential market within the area
* Plan, carry out, and support local marketing activities within agreed budgets and timescales
* Demonstrate products and provide training to customers on product usage
* Create, maintain, and execute customer plans
* Negotiate and set agreements with local key accounts
* Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal company meetings
* Analyze, report, and administer according to systems and requirements
* Educate customers on product features, advantages, and benefits
* Deal efficiently with customer complaints and cooperate with Product Management
* Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and provide relevant reports
* Use a data-driven approach to sales and select the right product segments for success
* Assist customers with day-to-day questions and provide support
* Maintain CRM system and ensure data is updated regularly
* Create offers, negotiate prices, and provide monthly sales reports
* Participate in fairs, attend trainings, and lobby through influencers in the markets
* Reach budget and personal development criteria goals
* Ensure systems are always updated
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Good level of English and Spanish
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience in sales
