Key Responsibilities
* Work independently in client facing situations as well as part of larger project teams in the design, development and implementation of new applied intelligence capabilities.
* Lead assessments to determine and understand the client pain points related to supply chain planning (inventory, headcount workload, service), identify potential improvement by implementing AI capabilities to complement the client’s planning processes.
* Management of operative communication with the client (external) and internal (other Accenture teams).
* Manage multidisciplinary teams considering business consultants, data scientists, data engineers or system developers.
* Deliver expertise for the implementation of advanced planning algorithm and continuous improvement. Typical Applied intelligence projects may include:
o Assessment: gather clients supply chain data and perform descriptive analytics such as segmentation, inventory assessment, data quality assessment.
o Set up algorithms: leveraging current Accenture assets or leading innovation lead the development and quality assurance of the algorithms to run e.g., forecast, inventory optimization, Control tower, digital twins.
o Run proof of concepts: Run the advanced analytics apps developed on top of static client data to determine the potential value for the client.
o Implement and Operate: lead the implementation and follow services for clients on forecasting, MEIO, digital twin S&OE; / S&OP; scenarios, visibility, stress test.
o Analytics operating model: define the roles, responsibilities, sizing, KPIs for analytics hubs.
o Data Scientist expertise: Python, R, Monte Carlo simulations, digital twin modeling.
o Technology: knowledge on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) Planning business solutions (09, BY).
o Periodical interviews with the client for measurements/KPIs presentation.
o Leverage best practices and existing operation standards to create client-specific business solutions for Advanced analytics.
o Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for making client proposals and setting up project objectives for the prospective projects.
o Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%.
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
* Bachelor in mathematics, statistics, Industrial or other Engineering is required.
* 6+ years of experience developing or running advanced analytics capabilities, preferably with consulting experience.
* Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications as related to supply chain planning.
* Problem-solving skills, with expertise in quantitative/qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement.
* Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management. Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
* Fluent in English.
Professional Skill Requirements
* Having supply chain strategy and operation consulting experience is preferred.
* Advanced algorithm modeling skills: Python, R.
* Cloud architectures know-how: Azure, AWS, GCP.
* Skills in business diagnostics, value assessment and opportunity identification, and application design of Supply chain.
