Being part of the Bolt Tax Team, the Transfer Pricing Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day transfer pricing support to our business, its rapid expansion and development while ensuring full compliance with all local and internationally applicable transfer pricing rules. The Transfer Pricing Manager works closely with our business verticals, the Finance Team, Commerce Team, Treasury Team, Legal Team as well as Internal Audit Team.
Your daily adventures will include:
1. Provide excellent and timely transfer pricing support to our business verticals: Support with transfer pricing research related to expansion into new markets or launch of new products, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
2. Assist in implementing Bolt's global transfer pricing policies: Support global transfer pricing projects from design to implementation in close collaboration with the rest of the Tax Team, Finance, and business representatives.
3. Assist in the preparation of CbCR, Transfer Pricing documentation, and other compliance documentation.
4. Provide support with the preparation, review, and execution of inter-company agreements.
5. Cooperate with Accounting and Finance in all matters of relevance for transfer pricing compliance such as the year-end close process, including providing continuous guidance to accounting teams and drafting the required documentation.
6. Support transfer pricing controversies (tax audits/litigation, APAs/MAPs) in close collaboration with the rest of the Tax Team.
7. Monitor global international tax/transfer pricing developments, analyze their impact, and support the development of responses and strategies in collaboration with the rest of the Tax Team.
8. Be a productive member of a team of excellent and super motivated tax professionals.
9. Manage and collaborate with external advisors.
What we are looking for:
1. Minimum 7 years of experience working in industry and/or consultancy with emphasis on working with multinational groups. Work experience from digital business is a plus but not an absolute requirement.
2. Proven work experience with international tax and transfer pricing matters in both tax consulting and compliance.
3. Very good knowledge of EMEA transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines.
4. Experience with financial systems (ERP, consolidation tools, and management reporting tools) is a plus.
5. Relevant education such as lawyer, CPA, economist or education from tax administration or any combination thereof.
6. You have very solid knowledge about transfer pricing, corporate income tax, and international tax in a global organization.
7. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
8. Intellectually curious and eager to learn and develop every day.
9. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relations with internal stakeholders and teams in a multicultural and diverse global entrepreneurial environment.
