Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the customer relationship management of the EV charger customers in Europe (mainly Spain).
2. Reinforce and expand the business pipeline.
3. Implement and execute sales processes (for instance, order, shipment, invoice tracking, etc.).
4. Assist after-sales services in Europe to improve customer satisfaction.
5. Update the status of European business intelligence and provide this information to the Headquarter.
6. Coordinate internal relations to ensure project schedule, costs, and quality.
7. Cooperate with the platform team and installation team to transfer customers’ needs clearly.
8. Make sales statistical analysis, file retention, and business reports.
9. Take full responsibility for sales orders and profit targets in the designated product domain and be fully accountable for incurred losses.
10. Be based in Madrid city and be ready to travel through Spain.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Major: Marketing and/or Management, Engineering.
3. Working Experience: 3 years’ experience in sales/marketing in the automobile industry. EV experience is a plus.
4. Strong sales ability, good sense of market opportunities and management abilities.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
6. Proactiveness and willingness to take challenges.
7. Fluency in English and Spanish.
8. Team, customer, and results-oriented mindset.
9. A valid work permit in Europe.
10. Valid driving license.

Salary
3,000.00€ - 6,000.00€ per month.
