Tasks
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling customer inquiries on the platform, and solving customer problems in a timely and efficient manner, including cargo tracking in transit, order management, processing of abnormal orders at the end of the mile, compensation related matters, etc.;
2. Responsible for the platform's consultation and complaint work order processing and tracking and closure;
3. Track the abnormal orders on the shelves and out of the warehouse and the abnormal feedback from the overseas warehouse, and track them until they are closed.
4. Report major abnormal complaints and other difficult problems to the leader in a timely manner and seek solutions together;
5. Analyze and summarize the problems that affect customer satisfaction and put forward reasonable suggestions for continuous exploration of user experience.
Requirements
Job quality requirements:
1. Experience in e-commerce/logistics industry is preferred;
2. Language requirements Spanish and Chinese, such as English is better;
3. Cheerful personality, quick thinking, strong internal and external communication skills, with certain problem finding and analysis skills;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, certain ability to work under pressure and strong sense of service
