The role:
* Management of the Sales Team in a professional and disciplinary manner as well as operative doing of sales and marketing (sales not only of components, but of complete solutions).
* Development and implementation of brand-, price-, and growth strategies in accordance with the strategy of the group of companies as well as local requirements.
* Design and implementation of product/services launches and marketing campaigns.
* Continuous market monitoring in order to identify future potentials and/or threats.
* Commercial responsibility for the Sales department and results.
* Leadership, development, coaching and motivating the sales team.
* Continuous improvement of efficiency and processes which includes to make use of the chances in terms of digitalisation.
* Close cooperation with the headquarters in Germany.
