Duties & Role Senior Project Manager- Spain (Full Remote) – Big Insurance Company
Project Planning and Execution: Lead project planning sessions, coordinate staff and resources, and manage project progress to meet deadlines.
Conduct meetings with stakeholders, present updates to senior management, and ensure effective communication and expectation management.
Evaluate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues efficiently.
Prepare status reports, escalate problems, and provide analysis to senior management.
Ensure documentation of milestones and deliverables, and manage regional implementation projects for new products or regulatory changes.
Align with organizational culture and client environment, manage project scope, oversee budgets, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Track project timelines to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Skill, Knowledge & Experience Proactive and dynamic Project Manager Senior.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication with senior levels, problem-solving, conflict management, and handling urgent situations.
This role requires strong communication skills to effectively conduct planning, execution, and follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, as it is the primary working language.
Experience And Education Proven experience in managing global implementation projects.
Preferred background in insurance companies or similar industries.
Minimum experience: Over 10 years.
