As a Renewals Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the contract renewal process for our existing customers. You will work closely with the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure a smooth and efficient renewal process, without being directly responsible for relationship management. Your goal is to deliver excellent service, ensuring that our clients remain satisfied with our solutions and continue their contracts with us.
Responsibilities
* Support the Customer Success Manager (CSM) by coordinating the renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of renewals in collaboration with the CSM.
* Provide high-quality customer service by promptly addressing any questions or concerns related to renewals.
* Assist with contract management, including preparing renewal agreements and documentation.
* Identify potential risks in the renewal process and escalate to the CSM when needed.
* Ensure the accuracy of customer renewal data in the CRM system.
* Proactively follow up on outstanding renewals to ensure timely closures.
* Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of renewal contracts.
Competencies & Skills
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
* High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.
