In this role you will lead:Campaign Optimisation:Analyse performance, improve results across channels, and track user journeys for actionable insights.Process Automation:Lead MAP migration, automate marketing, and build scalable systems for demand gen support.Reporting & Analytics:Create self-serve reporting frameworks and track brand ROI to optimise performance.Sales & Marketing Sync:Ensure MQL follow-up, set up behaviour-based nurture campaigns, and align sales and marketing.Cross-functional Leadership:Bridge RevOps and marketing to improve lead capture, tracking, and efficiency.They are looking for someone who has:5+ years' experience in project delivery, ideally within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.Proven experience working with or alongside marketing teams.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven, action-oriented approach.Proactive and self-sufficient, able to manage tasks independently.Skilled in creating workflows, reports, and CRM setups (Microsoft Dynamics), with experience leading internal and external developers.Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.Able to optimise performance using data, with experience in developing and managing testing strategies.Location & Flexibility:This role is based anywhere in the UK where you would be working remotely with occasional travel required, or in Edinburgh which will be hybrid working.If this sounds like something you, or someone you know might be interested in then apply ASAP or pop your CV over to me at ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
