Job Description
An opportunity for a Logistic Operations & Service Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations, Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz).
Responsibilities
1. Ensure physical logistics management performance & improvement control.
2. Implement and control KPIs (performance, cost, quality, environment).
3. Ensure application of Airbus Logistics solutions, processes, rules & policies in physical logistics activities.
4. Drive issue solving with a quick & simple alert/escalation process.
5. Propose and drive local, not disruptive and short term Improvement Initiatives, share experience & practices via Logistics service managers network.
6. Contribute to End To End Logistics Solutions optimization and Surface optimization.
7. Secure that the standard distributions means are in the right quality and quantity.
8. Contribute to infrastructure evolution and surface management.
9. Assess logistics impacts in case of short and middle term planning changes.
10. Ensure right contract application by the provider and by Airbus, budget respect and savings.
11. Create, challenge, validate operational scope change requests, work specifications, ad-hoc service requests and Claims.
12. Contribute to scope change request within a project.
13. Perform technical negotiation in units price, volumes & forecasts.
Central Contract Management Specificities
1. Ensure & facilitate harmonized and agile contract governance to deliver services on time, on quality & on cost.
2. Developing & deploying way of working and trainings to support operations in the contract management.
3. Calculate and monitor logistics budget in interface with Finance.
4. Supports procurement and operations on contract mechanism implementation and monitoring.
5. Implement and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders.
6. Anticipate, understand/challenge internal stakeholders’ requests and ensure implementation of changes.
7. Is accountable for all topics related to Airworthiness Authorities, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Dangerous goods with regards of the logistics business execution.
8. Contribute to corporate audits and industrial maturity.
9. Plan, prepare, run audits in collaboration with quality and implement actions to close findings.
