The primary responsibility of this role is to perform various tasks related to the publishing or the assessment and enhancement of the quality of the content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, with guidance and support. The day-to-day job requires the individual to execute predetermined tasks by following a standard operating procedure.
Key job responsibilities
1. Learn and execute processes to publish content on the Prime Video platform.
2. Quality check the accuracy of subtitles/metadata/artwork/audio assets based on the pre-defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
3. Innovate on behalf of Customers to make the operational processes more effective and efficient.
About the team
Along with two other sites (Chennai, India and San Jose, Costa Rica), the Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across the Prime Video (Program, Business, Partner Operations, Tech, Product, Research and Science, etc) to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video’s global audience. We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery and playback interaction with Prime Video (PV) is device agnostic, defect free and results in a high engagement experience for Customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Fluency in English both verbal and written.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Ability to maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
* Experience and understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
* Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
