If you fit this description, we’d be happy to receive your application from you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic paid media plans for Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping ads.Design and implement data-informed approaches that result in improved lead generation, conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).Assess functional campaign performance on a regular basis to make changes to bid strategies, audience segmentation and creative elements for better results.Test various elements of ads including the landing page and targeting to see how they affect ad performance.Work with the creative and content teams to create powerful ad materials including copies and messages that will connect with the target market.The campaigns’ effectiveness needs to be tracked with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and GTM in order to measure their success and improve on them.It is crucial not to lag behind the most recent Facebook Ads and Google Ads algorithm changes as well as other current trends and recommendations.The day-to-day management of budget and financial forecasting will involve ensuring that ad spend is used to its fullest potential with maximum results.The candidate will be responsible for tracking relevant metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV, as well as offering ways to enhance campaign performance. Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience managing large budgeted advertising on the Facebook Ads and Google Ads platforms.Required SkillsRatching ad campaigns and increasing their profitability for different audiences and bidding strategies.Hands on experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager, Looker Studio and Google Data Studio, as well as attribution models.Hands on experience in conversion tracking, UTM tagging and funnel optimization.Thorough knowledge of advertising compliance, retargeting and audience development with first party and third party data.To be able to demonstrate the capability of working with the creative, content and development departments to enhance the campaign deliverables.The candidate should have experience in handling ad budgets of six figures and have performance marketing and growth hacking skills.Ability to manage several projects at the same time and meet their deadlines.
