Description
The Marketing Program Manager (MPM) (m/f/d) plans, designs, and implements all marketing programs with primary support for the ACG business, focusing on Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), specifically in relation to product lines such as Lab Automation, Lab Informatics, Connect and Attach Programs, and the customer segment “Life Sciences and Research.”
In this position you effectively design the regional EMEA marketing programs and implement the global assigned marketing strategy. You will develop the business case to select the appropriate program tactics with the EMEA countries and report the success of your programs to the EMEA - global organization. Together with the global MPM team, Marcom team - WW product management, you govern all outbound aspects of regional new product launches and manage the services and support portfolio through the entire product life cycle including up- and cross-sell opportunities with other businesses.
On the business development side, you own the overall market sensing for the assigned market segments within EMEA. The MPM also develops and shares business intelligence - insight to drive sales channel behavior - Funnel in close collaboration with the Sales Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for a strong pipeline to drive orders growth in EMEA
2. Designs effective regional marketing programs and drives the global assigned marketing strategy
3. Drives insights from data analytics to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
4. Measures and evaluates impacts of owned marketing programs. Implements corrective actions to ensure delivery of targeted results - objectives
5. Works with the respective Sales channels to monitor - analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development and drive activities to drive higher volume and quality of funnel
6. Serves together with the sales managers as single point of contact for the sales channels for WW Business Unit requests and reciprocally provides the field perspective to the WW Business Unit

This position can be based anywhere in Europe where Agilent has an entity, either remotely or close to one of our offices.
Qualifications
10. University education degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent degree
11. Intimate knowledge of the Analytical Instrument markets in Europe. Experience in improving customer lifetime value and the services and support customer journey are a plus
12. Proficient experience in a business development and/or field marketing environment
13. Excellent English communication skills (written / oral). Ability to collaborate equally effective throughout all hierarchical levels
14. Proven track record in business development, marketing program design or similar

15. Demonstrated skills in teamwork, results-orientation and strong persistence to reach goals
16. Ability to deal with high pressure, visibility and workload; Willingness to prioritize tasks and take quick decisions.
