Position: Strategic Project Coordinator - Commercial Operations
Location: Galicia, Spain
Mission: Provide leadership, support, and assistance to project leaders within the commercial area to improve processes according to the commercial strategy.
Tasks
* Lead and monitor projects in the commercial division by:
o Identifying and prioritizing projects.
o Coordinating schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring compliance with budgets and scopes.
o Reporting any deviations and coordinating teams to meet deadlines.
* Drive the continuous improvement model by analyzing, reviewing, and proposing enhancements to commercial processes.
* Prepare documentation and presentations to support leadership and project teams in monitoring strategic objectives.
* Manage risks by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
* Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones and final outputs.
Job Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
* Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, VPM, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
* Proven experience in commercial or marketing roles.
* Demonstrated project management experience with an emphasis on continuous improvement and value chain analysis.
* Advanced Spanish and English proficiency.
* Excellent communication, active listening, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project management methodologies (Lean Office, Scrum, Agile).
* Ability to foster collaboration, encourage innovative problem-solving, and manage conflicts constructively.
