What's the Challenge?
As part of the PA/QA Support Division, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering and quality assurance to maintain the highest standards in our development processes. You'll collaborate closely with the Project Manager, engineers, and corporate functions to align project quality with customer needs and Deimos' corporate procedures.
Your Contributions Will Include:
* Designing and managing project-specific PA/QA programs to ensure compliance with quality objectives.
* Preparing and monitoring Product Assurance Plans (PAP) across the project lifecycle.
* Supporting Project Managers with tailored CMS (Corporate Management System) preparation and implementation.
* Ensuring end-to-end traceability in project documentation and verifying configuration baselines.
* Collaborating with subcontractors to uphold PA requirements and deliver exceptional products.
* Contributing to risk management and attending critical project boards (e.g., Milestone Reviews, Non-Conformance).
* Conducting project quality audits and supporting external audits.
* Interfacing with Verification and Validation teams to meet stringent quality objectives.
* Providing PA expertise in commercial proposals and future opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
* A recognized university degree in an engineering, technical, or scientific discipline.
Professional Experience:
* A minimum of five years in PA/QA and software engineering roles.
Technical Expertise:
* Comprehensive knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001 & CMMI, with experience in aerospace QMS standards (e.g., GSWS, ECSS).
* Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Redmine, Rational DOORS, SVN, and GIT.
* Proficiency in technical documentation creation and review processes.
Language Skills:
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).

* Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
