Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations Strategist to join our team at Databricks. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable digital experiences that meet business needs.
* Analyze data and historical trends to provide actionable insights on best practices and trends for landing pages and email campaigns.
* Help drive creation and adoption of new processes and deploy solutions to enhance campaign outcomes.
* Work closely with business owners to optimize the flow of campaigns and emails.
Requirements
* 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy & operations either in-house or at a marketing agency.
* BA/BS Degree or equivalent working experience.
* Advanced proficiency with Marketing Automation systems (Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua); Marketo Certification (MCE) is preferred.
* Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
* Proven experience managing and developing a team.
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
