About our B2B Sales Practice :
Within Concentrix, we have developed a specific practice about B2B Sales, with more than 12,000 sales game changers dedicated to B2B sales and 30+ certified B2B hubs around the world. We are a top leader in this specific BPO segment working with iconic brands. We work hard to shape the future of B2B sales, gathering the best people and the best technology, including Gen AI for Sales.
What you will do in this role :
* Build solid relationships with clients, prospects, and partners in the region with companies across several verticals willing to scale worldwide.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities, build priority targets list, and pursue plans.
* Manage requests for proposals (RFPs), processes (including documents preparation), and negotiations to close deals.
* Research emerging trends and recommend new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs, competition screening.
* Support the co-construction of new offers and disruptive commercial models.
* Attend industry events and represent Concentrix in relevant webinars, partners events, professional local organizations, etc.
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, tracking opportunities, contacts, etc.
Your qualifications :
* Have significant proven experience, ideally in consultative selling with topics around High Tech Sales and B2B digital transformation.
* Are a Hunter and Collaborator; have Consultative Sales experience.
* Have experience in B2B Business Development; B2B sales, whether within a BPO company or in-house.
* Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills; effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Have strong business acumen and attention to detail.
* Exhibit a sense of service and expertise in customer relationship / satisfaction.
* Commit to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace environment.
