They are looking for a Global Operational Technology (OT) and Architecture Manager who will take ownership of a strategic role in shaping the future of OT systems across R&D sites worldwide.

Main Responsibilities
* Own and drive the Operational Technology (OT) architecture strategy for the entire Healthcare R&D network and its R&D sites
* Develop and implement standardized OT system designs (blueprints) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across sites
* Oversee the integration of OT systems with IT infrastructure, enabling seamless data exchange and secure connectivity
* Collaborate with various stakeholders, including: Site OT Teams, other departments like Life Science and Electronics, Corporate IT (Infrastructure, Applications, Security) and other OT pillars (e.g., OT Cybersecurity, OT Lifecycle Management, OT Portfolio Management)
* Ensure that OT architecture and connectivity lay the groundwork for Industry 4.0 transformation, allowing for digitalization, automation, and smarter data usage
* Design systems that support secure, scalable, and efficient communication between OT and IT systems
* Report directly to the Head of DDIT R&D Architecture, contributing to broader architectural and digital strategy goals
Core Skills/Experience
* Graduate degree in Industrial Automation or a related field
* 10+ years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) - laboratory OT is required, experience in manufacturing environments is a strong plus
* 5+ years of experience in integrating OT systems with IT infrastructure
* Hands-on experience with corporate-level OT/IT Technology and Architecture Management
* Solid experience in the Healthcare industry, particularly with GxP-compliant environments
* Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
* Holistic understanding of OT cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443) and good engineering practices
* Strong knowledge of how OT systems connect and interact with IT systems (IT/OT convergence)
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure, OT lifecycle, and standardization/blueprinting of systems
* Ability to develop a long-term vision and convert it into a concrete execution plan
* Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders, including senior leadership
