The incumbent will be responsible for: In charge of creating the European transformational agenda for the Noodles category (innovation, branding strategy, industrial mapping, new technologies, new ecosystems...). Define a European branding strategy aligned with the European strategic plan to ensure accelerated growth on a European scale. Lead key transformational projects to drive category growth. Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team (Insights, RD, Procurement, Operations) to define the most suitable solutions for the transformational agenda with an end-to-end vision, from consumers to operations (including CapEx and technology management). Participate in the creation of key strategic frameworks, such as European Strategic Plans and Innovation Strategy. Experience in both local and international Brand Management Innovation positions. Proven track record of driving strategic and operational change, delivering improved business and PL performance. In-depth knowledge of the "Marketing Laws of Growth." Open-minded: motivated by the blank canvas challenge. Ready to create, innovate, and learn from failures to drive disruption and growth. Excellent strategic thinking and storytelling skills. Strong initiative and quick learner. Team player with strong influencing skills in matrix organizations and the ability to work remotely across international geographies and teams.Strong analytical skills (ability to analyze retail trends and insights) and good planning skills. Excellent consumer and customer understanding. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
