As part of our resources, we have our logistics department. Due to the growth and development of this line, we are looking for a Commercial to join the team. The main responsibility of the position will be to develop and promote the commercialization of the department's projects, products, and services, customer loyalty, in order to achieve sales and margin objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for capturing business, developing, and maintaining accounts, fostering relationships with clients.
* Supervise the development of operations with the client, ensuring their satisfaction and proposing improvement actions when necessary.
* Plan and conduct commercial visits to promote and sell projects, products, and services, negotiate prices and conditions.
* Conduct market prospecting, follow-up, and analysis of the market, competitor actions, trends, and market needs.
* Identify and propose actions for continuous improvement to optimize work processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Propose, collaborate, and participate in the organization and management of marketing actions, enhancing market presence.

* Full-time: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 or 9:00 to 17:00 or 18:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00. Intensive schedule during summer, Christmas, and Holy Week.

Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics sector (storage and transportation).
* Analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
* Good handling of ERP and CRM tools.
