As the Western European Senior Product Specialist for Haemorrhagic (HEMO) – Flow Diversion, you will drive market share and therapy adoption by leading product launches, sales enablement, marketing strategy, and post-market performance. Success in this role requires a proactive and customer-focused mindset, strong collaboration with global, regional, and country teams, and the ability to build strategic partnerships across marketing, field teams, and medical education. This role will be home based with a willingness to travel in Europe up to 40%.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
1. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategies, including positioning, messaging, and pricing, while aligning with cross-functional teams for product launches.
2. Market Insights: Conduct customer, market, and competitor assessments to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for segmentation and targeting.
3. Product & Therapy Expertise: Serve as the regional expert, ensuring fast dissemination of updates and collaborating with global teams to address unmet customer needs.
4. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather insights and drive customer-centric initiatives.
5. Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary tools, insights, and guidance to effectively position and sell the portfolio.
6. Performance Measurement: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze product performance, and collaborate with internal teams for accurate forecasting.
7. Continuous Improvement: Identify learnings and opportunities to refine strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize market impact.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
1. Medical Device Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of regional experience in product management, including product launches and lifecycle management.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with marketing, sales, clinical, and regulatory teams to drive success.
3. Product Commercialization: Track record of successful market launches and revenue growth in the MedTech industry.
4. Strategic & Tactical Execution: Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
5. Communication & Engagement: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written).
6. Proactive & Team-Oriented: Positive, solution-focused mindset with a strong sense of accountability and collaboration.
7. Experience with Neurovascular technologies, ideally with Flow Diversion products.
