Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Development team.
* Train team members to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
* Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall impact.
* Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and operational excellence.
* Support team growth, succession planning, and continuous innovation.
Requirements
