The job purpose for the Key Account Strategic member will be developing priority brands in the strategic accounts of the HORECA channel. Furthermore, it also means running the portfolio strategy to guarantee the availability and visibility of the brands.
As responsibilities, you will do/be:
* Identification of new opportunities to promote trial and consumption.
* Knowledgeable about everything in the On trade universe and informed of the latest trends and movements in the industry.
* Premium Execution: Strives to ensure a top image of our brands in all activations and executions.
* Business consultant: With expertise and know-how in the channel, strives to further strengthen business relationships by developing initiatives that lead to mutual gain and ensuring that everything agreed upon is executed according to the contract.
* Must ensure visibility into at least X% of assigned strategic accounts.
Background
* Training: Higher degree or training in Business Administration, marketing or advertising.
* Experience: At least 5 years of previous experience in management of large hospitality accounts, execution of trade marketing plans, change management, analysis, and strategic thinking. Teamwork.
* Has persuasion skills and communication skills suitable for emotional selling.
* Leverages creativity and innovation to find solutions to product rotation or prescription problems.
* Ability to work as a team and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
* Need to know the nightlife channel and be suitable for night and/or weekend visits (eventually).
