ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to be in the front line when it comes to communicating and connecting with our customers.
Main Tasks
1. Be responsible for the main telephone line and handle incoming calls or forward them to the corresponding department.
2. Support and guide customers through all the steps: technical support for accessing and using our web-portal, guidance on software applications to ensure smooth user experience, optimal outcome and customer satisfaction.
3. Informing customers about products/services.
4. Handle customer feedback and complaints to provide the best solution.
5. Collaborate with salesforce and across departments to ensure the best customer experience.
Candidate Profile
1. Be able to handle a high volume of calls and email traffic both inbound and outbound using a Ticketing application.
2. 2-3 years of experience providing customer service or support required. Dental background is preferred as well as knowledge of the 3Shape system.
3. Tech-savvy with adequate computer skills including: Microsoft Office and CRM.
4. Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer focused.
5. Solution oriented problem solver mentality with logical skills and technical affinity.
6. Patient, motivational and organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task, strong time management skills.
Language skills
As an international company, we have customers worldwide. Fluency in reading, speaking, and writing is required for the following languages: Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus (Portuguese, French, German, Italian, …).
