Job Title: Creative Program Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Program Manager to drive the implementation of innovative content creation solutions while managing essential creative delivery across EU Stores. This role involves working at the intersection of traditional and automated approaches to ensure successful execution and localisation of creative projects through new technologies and quality-focused delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive adoption of generative AI and automation tools in creative workflows, optimizing automated processes to maintain quality standards.
* Implement style sheets and processes from global teams for the EU market, partnering with internal tech teams and external vendors.
* Develop documentation and best practices for new technologies, training team members on automation and Large Language Model tools.
* Select and acquire products for creative content, defining content to be shared on fashion storefronts.
* Create detailed creative briefs for external studios for generative AI/CGI and traditional photoshoot images.
* Plan storefront content, incorporating stakeholder team requests.
* Conduct 'walk the Stores' to ensure correct content setup and check all content when live for optimum customer journey and bugs.
* Manage end-to-end localisation process and quality control, analyzing performance metrics of creative assets and campaigns.
* Present Monthly Product Review to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains through technology.
* Define requirements for automated content creation and track efficiency gains and cost savings.
* Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies, implementing new technologies and processes.
* Track and optimise content performance, ensuring quality standards across all content types.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration between creative, tech, and business teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Marketing experience (non-internship)
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimising multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Multi-territory campaign management experience
- Digital marketing and content production timelines and process experience
