Ecommerce Specialist
The Ecommerce Specialist within a multinational company plays a crucial role in digitizing the customer experience and optimizing online sales. This position focuses on managing and enhancing the company's online retail presence, driving digital sales growth, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Key Roles and Functions:
* Set up, manage, and optimize global promotions on B2B webshops.
* Ensure seamless webshop functionality and user experience.
* Develop and streamline onboarding processes for new webshop customers.
* Provide training and support to ensure customers can efficiently navigate and utilize the webshop.
* Monitor website and digital marketplace performance through analytics tools.
* Project manage the implementation of continuous optimization and rollouts, collaborating with development teams and external providers to implement platform improvements.
* Prepare webshop product launches and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Sales, or a related field.
* Proven experience (3–5+ years) in B2B eCommerce, digital sales, or online marketplace management.
* Experience managing B2B eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, SAP Commerce, or similar).
* Strong understanding of website functionality, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
* Ability to manage projects, coordinating with internal IT teams and external providers.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; German and Portuguese are a plus.
