As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing the delivery of consulting services to our pharmaceutical clients.
2. Ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, meet client expectations, and adhere to industry standards.
3. Managing client relationships and leading project teams.
4. Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Monitoring project performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for service improvement.
7. Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders on project status and performance metrics.
8. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in the consulting and/or pharmaceutical sector.
3. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
