Main Responsibility : The Mechanical Reliability Engineer's role is vital to the improvement of equipment and process reliability. Reliability engineering is the enhancement of traditional maintenance engineering and process engineering to eliminate equipment and system failures. The reliability engineer will be able to interact with all parts of the organization and work hand in hand with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering.
The job you will perform :
* Owns mechanical maintenance strategy: is responsible for defining, developing, administering, and refining predictive and preventative maintenance equipment care programs.
* Track reliability metrics through standard IP systems.
* Eliminate unscheduled inactivity time.
* Resolve chronic equipment issues.
* Facility Plan Development: Maintain a 5-year repair plan for the area.
* Participate in Capital plan development.
* Be an advocate for Reliable Methods and QA / QC compliance. Support creation and proper compliance.
* MWS Work participation: participate in prioritizing area work orders.
* Develop equipment care strategy (ECS).
* Leading efforts to identify Chronic Failures and getting failure elimination (FE) using FMEA or Logic Tree tools.
* Develop and implement asset care strategy (BC, PM, PdM) based on criticality.
* RFCA Facilitation: Ensure engagement of workforce, proper root causes identified, and action items are completed.
The skills you will bring :
* University degree: Mechanical Engineering.
* Intermediate level of English.
* Experience of at least 3 years in the maintenance area (industrial).
* Knowledge: SAP PM Applications, Equipment Reliability Strategy (FMEA Process), Root Cause Failure Analysis.
