Job TitleOperational Excellence ManagerSummary:As RevOps, Marketing and Strategy (RMS) Operational excellence manager, you will have overall responsibility for RMS strategic initiative program office ensuring delivery of maximal impact for the RMS organization. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives incorporating innovative practices, tools, and technologies, and a continuous improvement mindset. Reporting to the Head of RMS VPO, you will drive program management for key initiatives such as RMS Heartbeat, RMS Transformation and Revenue cycle. The incumbent must have a business understanding that balances governance and best practice with flexibility.In this role you will:Program officeManage the RMS strategic initiative program office.Collaborate closely with RMS leadership to define the RMS strategic project roadmap.Ensure the execution and delivery of the strategic projects across RMS identifying areas for improvement to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.Work closely with RMS internal communications manager to support the communication and change management of the strategic initiatives.Continuous improvementIdentify areas in RMS for process improvement and optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency leveraging AI and other technologies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing the efficiency and quality of the RMS process and projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure seamless integration within RMS.Develop a review and feedback mechanism to continuously improve and update RMS processes and ensure lessons learned and evolving effective practices are adopted.Constantly develop toolkit of process improvement techniques, and actively share learnings across the RMS teams.Work closely with RMS internal communications manager to foster a continuous improvement mindset across RMS.TRU Heartbeat and Heartbeat within RMSEnsure synchronization of RMS Heartbeat ceremonies with TRU Heartbeat.Manage the RMS Heartbeat calendar.Oversee the participation and contribution of RMS teams to the TRU main Heartbeat ceremonies (VP Regional Leadership meetings, Bilateral meetings and Business Line SPR).Ensure consistent cadence of ceremonies within TRU heartbeat.TRU Bilateral meetings governanceLead the TRU Bilats meetings execution in close collaboration with Regional and BL VPOs.Drive the governance planning and calendar of the TRU Bilateral meetings.Manage the Bilats meetings execution: logistics, develop agendas, secure participation from presenters within and outside unit and coordinate Business Lines, Regions and RMS leadership team inputs for meeting/agenda planning.Document, follow-up and report on action items agreed in Bilateral meetings.Ensure information flow from VP regional leadership meetings to Bilats to BL SPRs.Bilats execution within RMSOrchestrate the Bilats executions within RMS.Engage with 'RMS partners' to ensure timely, high-quality RMS contribution to Bilats agenda topics.Manage internal orchestration of the content needed by the RMS partners for the meetings across RMS.Define and implement the information flow model across RMS leaders and teams.Revenue CycleSupport the design, implementation and fine tuning of the operating model of the Revenue cycle within RMS.Support GTM E2E Lead and GTM Activity Lead on the implementation of the roles, from prototypes to reality.Support RMS Internal Communication manager on the communication of the E2E RevCycle view.TRU TransformationProgram management for Transformation initiatives with organizational and ways of working, either led by or impacting RMS.Manage the RMS transformation roadmap.Support the onboarding process for integrations of other teams into RMS.Work closely with RMS leadership team to prioritize and support the adoption and change management of transformational projects within the RMS area.Support RMS Internal Communication head on the development and implementation of communication strategies that support Transformation initiatives.About the Ideal candidateBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, project experience, knowledge of project management theory (PMP certification is appreciated), and knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is also appreciated.+7 years of working experience in business planning, project management or business operations.Excellent organisational, planning and multi-tasking skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency.A problem-solving mindset and comprehensive skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with lots of stakeholders to drive critical business decisions.Knowledge of Amadeus fundamentals: history, business units, strategy, technology and organization and processes.What we can offer you:A complete rewards offer - Amadeus provides attractive remuneration packages, covering all essential components of a competitive reward offer, including bonus, equity, pension plan, travel, life and healthcare insurance, as well as lunch and transport allowance and other benefits.A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.A caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
