Responsibilities:
-Order Fulfillment Management: Oversee the daily operation of customer orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods;
-Database Management: Collect customer reports and maintain data accuracy through consistent tracking;
-Dashboard Management: Update various dashboards daily and analyze data to ensure that all delivery information is communicated smoothly and efficiently;
-Stock Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational figures to maintain a reasonable stock level;
-Allocation: Collaborate with country planners and delivery teams to allocate resources to the requested channels;
-Sample Delivery Fulfillment: Organize and monitor end-to-end sample device delivery;
-Other Assignments: Support the country delivery manager with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
-Able to start in our Madrid office in September for 40 hours/week, for a period of 6 months;
-Proficient in Spanish and Chinese;
-Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
-Responsible and has a proactive learning attitude;
-Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels;
-Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date.
