We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Director to lead strategic marketing initiatives and oversee client relationships. This role requires a strong background in marketing leadership and a proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives that drive brand growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns across ATL, BTL, Retail, and Trade Marketing channels.
2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, acting as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
4. Oversee project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables, budget management, and timeline adherence.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and retail operations, to develop integrated marketing solutions.
6. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
7. Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making.
8. Provide mentorship and leadership to ensure team development and performance optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Fluency in English; Mandatory
2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Proven experience as an Account Director, Marketing Director, or Marketing Consultant in a marketing agency or similar environment.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
