B2B Growth InternThe Role:As part of Serquo's Marketing team, you will support and work alongside the Marketing and Sales team in mapping, sourcing and creating opportunities with new strategical accounts.You will:Research and identify strategical prospects data for our Account Based Marketing activities with a a strong focus on mapping the companies and stakeholders.Lead qualification and proactive outreach to target accounts. Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies.Track and manage our marketing and sales pipeline, ensuring leads are nurtured and moved through the marketing and sales process efficiently.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and opportunities in our CRM system.Generate lead reporting and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for our Sales team. Generate a detailed report of your progress weekly to ensure growth results.Provide administrative support to our sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.You will be a great fit for our team if you:Student of Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable program.Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect.Think analytically, work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and complex interrelationships to also present and explain them to various stakeholders.Ability to listen very well, be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable as an interface between different departments and all levels of management. Teamwork and collaboration are a must at Serquo.You are an independent and responsible worker with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. We are a remote-first company, and we need a committed and responsible team.Openness and ability to learn sales automation tools (e.g. Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and processes.Have an eye for detail as well as exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment. Follow-up skills are highly desirable.Be curious and have a long-term interest in Sales, Marketing, or an operational role in B2B Tech company.Native (or equivalent) proficiency in English as well as Spanish.For this role, you bring at least 6 months of part-time availability.This is a paid internship opportunity, and it is essential to sign an internship agreement with an educational center.
