We are looking for German-speaking Content Moderators to join our growing team in Barcelona. In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content on digital platforms and ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.

🧠 Key Responsibilities
* Review and moderate user-generated content such as text, images, and videos according to platform policies and community standards.
* Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates safety, legal, or ethical guidelines.
* Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in your moderation decisions.
* Use internal systems and workflows to document actions and report complex cases.
* Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance to ensure policy accuracy and effective moderation.
* Stay informed on evolving platform guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in German (C1 or higher) – written and spoken.
* Good command of English (B2 level or above) – for training and internal communication.
* Currently residing in Barcelona or surrounding areas (no relocation offered for this role).
* Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work with sensitive content and maintain professionalism and emotional resilience.
* Comfortable working with digital tools, platforms, and documentation systems.
* Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or digital operations is a plus, but not required – full training will be provided.
