YOUR TASKS:
1. Ensure the supply of necessary materials according to the production plan, consumption, optimal stock levels, and supplier conditions.
2. Control and monitoring of the supply chain; risk management.
3. Manage suppliers with different provisioning systems: JIT, Kanban, scheduling agreement, PO...
4. Manage the relationship with suppliers, ensuring deliveries on time, quantity, and service.
5. Place orders and track deliveries.
6. Valid interlocutor between the supply chain department, internal client, suppliers, and other plant and global support functions.
7. Manage transportation, customs, and tracking.
8. Analyze consumption, ABC, costs, order status, hot topics/alarms, action tracking, ECM, supplier evaluation. Reporting, KPI compliance.
9. Define and manage optimal stock levels, maintaining defined average stocks.
10. Forecast and manage obsolete, expired, and rejected items.
11. Resolve supplier issues, create non-conformities.
12. Manage issues in orders, receptions, and invoices.
13. Follow procedures and propose improvements.
YOUR PROFILE:
1. Vocational training, degree, or bachelor's degree related to administration, logistics, foreign trade, or others.
2. Additional training in planning, logistics, or foreign trade is valuable.
3. Analytical, proactive, and decisive person with communication skills.
