We are currently looking to grow our team with a Talent Acquisition Technician for our new project in Valencia.
Your main responsibilities:
* Direct contact with internal clients to understand the recruitment needs and priorities;
* Manage all the steps of the recruitment process, from the first contact with the candidates to the Job Offer presentation;
* Be the focal point to provide information and guidance to Hiring Managers;
* Manage the relationships with candidates and all information gathered during the recruitment process to create a strong database;
* Provide KPIs and market information to define the best strategy to find the best talent;
* Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks;
* Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Profile requirements:
* Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or a similar degree;
* At least 3 years proven experience in recruitment (Desirable);
* Skills such as customer and goal orientation, great communication, team player attitude, market knowledge and capacity of setting priorities will be evaluated;
* Fluency in English written and spoken;
* Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint);
* Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
