Executes the tasks of writing and presenting the nontechnical contents of the offers, supports the different participants in adapting content to the format and standards used in VASS templatesLead, plan and coordinate the end2end of the proposal development process. • Analysis of the customer's needs and identification of the necessary departmentswithin the company. • Management and coordination with third parties and suppliers (Joint ventures, subcontractors) involved in the opportunity. • Planning the development of the customer proposal, in order to ensure compliance with deadlines and delivery conditions. • Manage and coordinate the work team formed for the development of the opportunity and its follow-up. • Define the strategy of the response to the customer in terms of strengths, key points, capabilities and added value. • Define and manage the structuring process and content of the offer. • Define the global scope of the proposal, as well as its functional definition. • Suggesting content created in the company that could be applicable to the proposal. • Creation of content related to market context, company value, technical capabilities, standards and project methodologies. • Relate the opportunities with the solutions conceptualised in the company for their possible inclusion as added value. • Analyse and define the appropriate internal economic model for the opportunity.• Manage the tasks of validation and valuation of the economic model for its presentation to the Committee prior to the presentation of the offer(economicGO). • Analysis and presentation of the Cashflow of the opportunity. Preparation of the Executive Summary presentation for the defence of the proposal. • Proposal for improvements and innovation in the department.• Proposal for improvement and participation in the definition of internal procedures and standards.• Participate in the Global Offering Model.• Administrative tasks inherent to the life cycle of the opportunity.• Leads, plans and coordinates the process accompanied and supervised by V superiors. • Ability to deal with offers of simple complexity• Comply with Data Protection regulations as well as in matters of Information Security Management (ISM) based on the UNE-ISO/IEC standard; in environmental management systems under ISO 14.001 certification; in quality management system under ISO 9.001 certification; in information technology services management system ISO/IEC 20.000-1; in information security management system ISO/IEC 27.001• Uphold exemplary conduct with regards to ethics and compliance, as a way to develop and promote an ethical and compliance culture, specifically following the Code of Ethics, the Criminal Compliance Policy, the Anti-corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy and other internal regulations that pertain to the Criminal Compliance Management System and Anti-bribery Management System of VASS.• Report, through the Ethics Channel any knowledge of possible breaches or irregularities of said regulation
