ABOUT THE ROLE
As an experienced Senior Commercial IT Platform Architect, you will be responsible for defining the architecture of STADAs commerce (B2B, B2C), sales (CRM – online and offline applications), customer service and marketing applications. In this position, you will be working closely with STADAs commerce, sales and marketing teams in various countries and business segments to understand and anticipate their needs. You will align with our system vendors and integration partners to map the capabilities and service offering to STADAs needs with the objective to define the appropriate target set-up for the business units of STADA.
RESPONSABILITIES
*Collaborate with stakeholders in the business units of commerce, sales, marketing and with the IT Enterprise Architecture team to define and establish the commercial platform that enhances sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement.
*Select the best technology tech stack for commercial capabilities based on Salesforce and best-of breed solutions to maximize the potential of the commercial platform, the value delivery in the markets and minimize potential issues.
*Provide leadership and mentoring to developers, administrators, and architects. Foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement in lean organizations.
*Align with SAP ERP, integration and data and analytics teams on the core integration framework.
*Application owner for chosen applications in the realm of commerce, sales, marketing and service applications.
*Create and apply guidelines for the strategy application design and configuration principles to maintain the platform’s quality and integrity.
*Create and update the technical documentation for technology used in commerce, sales and marketing technology solutions, including diagrams of data architecture and integration architecture.
*Engage in the design of the solution and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and implementation standards.
*Establish and coordinate release management along with solution testing practices and reliable post release support process to meet established quality standards in designated timeframe.
REQUIREMENTS
*Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
*Proven relevant experience as a commerce, sales & marketing architect with focus on Salesforce technologies (commerce, sales, marketing, service) and integrations with SAP (order management, master data and pricing), Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management and Data Hubs.
*Strong problem-solving skills, with a collaborative attitude and an ability to work with cross-functional teams.
*Understanding of Data Modeling, Flows, LWC Customization, Apex to design scalable online and offline solutions.
*Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with ability to distil complex ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
*Experience working in the pharmaceutical or fast-moving consumer goods industry or providing solutions to companies in these sectors is an advantage.
